The truth is that I didn’t do anything to the two dry leaves on the ground. They appeared to be in this position when I walked up to snap a picture of it. I love the contrast of the frame and how the subject complement each other.

Twisted
Supposedly, this belong to part of a larger tree that are no longer to be found. I like the texture of its twisted form runs through the whole length of this root like nature-giant-rope.
Leaves In between
This frame was actually higher up. What caught my eyes was the plants that grow out of the gap of the trunk. And the texture of the tree bark compliments my finding.
