I recently came across a list and was shocked to learn that Linux actually has quite a long list of VST instruments that work in its audio environment. Out of all of them, U-he is actually on the list! Coming from Reason, I have always thought these top-end companies focused only on Windows and Mac.
And yeah! Linux does have Pipewire! That’s why I’m living here in the open-source world now. And I’m not a freeloader either; I do contribute to Ardour. It is such an amazing piece of software that I think it’s a crime that more people haven’t discovered it yet.
